Upon registering your release with Independent Records you can then sign into your account by going to the log in screen. Once logged in, download the Nielsen SoundScan submission form. When you fill out this form, fax it in to Nielsen SoundScan using the fax number on the form. Once you fax in the form, if you wish to confirm that your release has been added to the Nielsen SoundScan database you may contact the Nielsen SoundScan's Client Services Dept. at 914-684-5525.
